All of FMJ pieces are made-to-order from scratch. Item creation times have typically between 1-3 business day processing "Ships in" time to be made and shipped out. All orders are mailed in a poly bubble lined envelope. As always all orders come sweetly packaged in a Kraft jewelry box with bow ready for gift giving. Domestic orders shipped at your selected shipping speed with a tracking number and international orders come with a customs/tracking number—though tracking is NOT always available outside the US. Shipping upgrades are available during the checkout process.
**Please note that purchasing a shipping upgrade only affects how long it takes to get to you from the date of shipment and only priority or express includes $100 of insurance on your order in most cases.**

How can I figure out my ring size? How does FMJ size rings?
If you do not know your ring size you can get sized by any local jeweler or you can purchase the listing below and do it from home! I do not recommend self measuring as this is not an accurate way to obtain a true ring size.
I use standard USA ring sizing but can help you confirm the right size in any other measuring scale (UK, Australian, European).
*Please note I cannot be held responsible for incorrect ring size determination based on self measurement.
When will my order ship?
Most items within my shop typically are made and shipped between business days after purchase. Etsy displays a creation "ships in" timeframe before, during, and after your purchase. To view your order and ship time info follow these steps:

click on the "purchases and reviews" tab
scroll down till you find your order with me
If your order has shipped already it will display a big BLUE button that says "track package".
click the blue "track package" button and a new window will pop up.
*NOTE etsy's link with the USPS system is not always accurate or up to date. To view the USPS tracking system you need to scroll down, find your tracking number, and click it to be redirected to the tracking page for the USPS.
Etsy Displayed FREE Shipping During Purchase
Free shipping is offered for orders over $35.00. Should an order be returned for any reason the buyer is responsible for the standard $4.00 shipping charge which etsy has incorporated into the item cost at the time of the purchase. Should an order be partially refunded, if the order total drops below the $35.00 threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the item refund.
*Also please note that First Class/Priority shipping options contain NO insurance on a parcel unless you have payed an additional fee for the USPS service. USPS Express Includes insurance up to $100.00. If you would like, for an additional cost, you can add further insurance if needed(you must contact me prior to purchase for this service).
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items come gift wrapped/boxed and carefully packaged. If you purchase multiple items within 1 order all items will be grouped into 1 box upon shipment to conserve shipping cost. If you would like to purchase additional boxes it is not a problem, please contact me prior to purchase for a custom listing for additional boxes!
What is oxidized?
I use sterling silver and LOS to make oxidized items. The oxidized effect is a hematite finish or is almost black in color. Please note this process is not permanent, as wear and tear can buff away the layers of darkeneing causing an almost antique effect eventually.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Personalized or "custom listing" items such as initial rings or birthstone duos can not be returned. If you order a ring with either of these and it does not fit it can be resized! I do not charge for this service though keep in mind the information below when purchasing:
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to/ from my studio for returns and exchanges, and prior shipping costs cannot be refunded.

I do offer wholesale. I not have a minimum and the turn around time varies do to the size of order placed. Depending upon the size of the order I can offer between 10% and 20%. Please do not ask me to lower my prices as all items are made by my hand and not ordered to be resold from forigen counties as some shops are doing! Thank you for your consideration.
Does your sterling silver contain nickel?
No, sterling silver contains 92.5 percent pure silver and 7.5 percent copper.
Delivery Status (Delayed/Stolen/Lost)
If you feel that your parcel has become delayed or lost in transit you can call your local post office to see it they can locate it for you. Please note my shop is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels as once your order has shipped it is out of my hands. Additionally if your parcel has become lost my shop is not responsible for replacing the stolen/lost/delayed parcel without my permission/consent. I do apologize for any inconveniences!
