This lovely and bright honey colored Citrine ring has a rich, romantic feel to it. I have set this natural 3mm round gemstone into a pure silver bezel cup with a stacking design in mind. The ring comes highly polished for a very reflective shine. Citrine, although often mistakenly referred to as topaz, belongs to the quartz family. The yellow color of this gemstone is due to the presence of iron in the trigonal crystal structure. Named for its bright citrus color, citrine can present a range of yellow hues, from pale yellow to deep brownish gold. This round citrine cabochon adds a rich honey-gold glow to any stacking set or can even be a stand alone ring!
